Sunstar Americas, Inc. Canada is registered to charge, collect and remit sales tax federally, and in all provinces that impose sales tax on the sale of our products.
Credit Card Policy
Sunstar Americas does not store any credit card on file nor transmit your card information in any email. Your credit card number is used solely to purchase your item and is transmitted via SSL encryption to our Credit Card Processor Authorize.net.
Sunstar Americas, Inc. Canada ships to all Canadian provinces and territories.
We accept the following Major Credit Cards: Amex, Visa and Mastercard.

Products may be returned for full credit within 30 days of receipt. Returns past 30 days and up to 90 days from date of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit will not be given on any product returned beyond 90 days from date of receipt. All products and packaging must be returned in a sellable condition. Imprinted toothbrushes are non-refundable and non-returnable. All eligible returns will be authorized at the discretion of Sunstar based on the terms listed.

Sunstar Americas will never sell any customer information to any outside agency. Sunstar may use your information to contact you directly about new products and/or promotions available through our Shopping Cart.
Sunstar Americas, Inc. Canada ships all orders via UPS or Canpar. In the case of a PO Box location, we will ship via Canada Post.
All orders less than $125 before taxes will be charged a $12.00 Shipping Fee and will be shipped via UPS or Canpar ground. All orders greater than or equal to $125 before taxes will ship free of charge.
We do not offer expedited shipping of orders on this website.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days, based on product availability. Order may be subject to longer processing time during holidays.
