Sunstar Americas, Inc. Canada is registered to charge, collect and remit sales tax federally, and in all provinces that impose sales tax on the sale of our products.
Credit Card Policy
Sunstar Americas does not store any credit card on file nor transmit your card information in any email. Your credit card number is used solely to purchase your item and is transmitted via SSL encryption to our Credit Card Processor Authorize.net.
Geographic Coverage
Sunstar Americas, Inc. Canada ships to all Canadian provinces and territories.

Return Policy
Products may be returned for full credit within 30 days of receipt. Returns past 30 days and up to 90 days from date of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit will not be given on any product returned beyond 90 days from date of receipt. If the customer wishes to return or exchange an item due to a shipping error made by the company, the company will bear the responsibility for all related shipping charges. For returns or exchanges unrelated to shipping or company errors, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return or exchange. All products and packaging must be returned in a sellable condition. Imprinted toothbrushes are non-refundable and non-returnable. All eligible returns must be reviewed by Sunstar prior to authorization.

Sunstar Americas will never sell any customer information to any outside agency. Sunstar may use your information to contact you directly about new products and/or promotions available through our Shopping Cart.
Freight Charges
Sunstar Americas, Inc. Canada ships all orders via UPS or Canpar. In the case of a PO Box location, we will ship via Canada Post.
All orders less than $150 before taxes will be charged a $18.00 Shipping Fee and will be shipped via UPS or Canpar ground. All orders greater than or equal to $150 before taxes will ship free of charge.
We do not offer expedited shipping of orders on this website.
Shipping Time/Method/Cost
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days, based on product availability. Order may be subject to longer processing time during holidays.
